Funny Things That Happened During Research For this blog post, I think we need to go back to my most recent research trip to New Orleans. The goal of this trip was simple. I wanted to make sure every place my characters visited in the book was described accurately. I had a really good chuckle the moment I arrived at the ferry dock.
